Candidates agree to share their profile with recruiters for hiring. When you receive it, India's data protection law applies to you too. By posting a job you agree to:

  • Post only genuine jobs located in India.
  • Use candidate details only to consider them for the job you posted.
  • Not sell, share or reuse candidate data, and delete it when the hiring is over.
  • Never ask candidates for money, deposits or fees of any kind.
  • Not discriminate on religion, caste, gender, disability or other protected grounds.
  • Tell us honestly when you hire a candidate through MyOption.in.
