Welcome to Myoption.in (the "Platform", "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"). These detailed Terms of Service and Conditions of Use legally bind you (the "User", "Candidate", or "Founder") to the rules, regulations, and operational guidelines of our digital infrastructure. By explicitly clicking "Accept", continuing to browse, making a payment, or otherwise utilizing any automated routing features provided by Myoption.in, you acknowledge that you have read, comprehensively understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms.
Myoption.in operates strictly as a highly specialized Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) routing and data visibility platform. Our proprietary algorithmic engines aggregate user-submitted professional qualifications, experience metrics, and startup pitch materials, compiling them into machine-readable JSON/text payloads. These payloads are subsequently distributed to the internal dashboards of our network of third-party hiring partners, venture capitalists, and angel investors. We strictly declare that Myoption.in is NOT a recruitment agency, headhunter, staffing firm, financial advisor, broker, or registered investment advisor. The provision of our service is solely the execution of data routing; we absolutely do not guarantee employment acquisition, job offers, interview scheduling, investor engagement, or any acquisition of monetary funding.
The User agrees to provide only accurate, current, and legally permissible information during the algorithmic assessment phase. Supplying fraudulent credentials, plagiarized portfolios, or misrepresented financial data for startup pitches constitutes a material breach of these Terms. We reserve the unequivocal right to instantly terminate, suspend, or permanently ban any account discovered to be transmitting deceptive information, without prior notice or refund eligibility.
To the absolute maximum extent permitted by the applicable governing law, Myoption.in, its founders, parent entities, subsidiaries, officers, and technical affiliates shall bear zero liability for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, the loss of anticipated wages, loss of potential investment capital, loss of data, reputational damage, or any other intangible losses arising from your reliance on our routing network.
Under no circumstances, legal theory, tort, or contract dispute shall our total, aggregate liability to you exceed the exact, precise monetary amount paid by you to Myoption.in for the specific isolated transaction currently in dispute. By using this service, you legally waive the right to seek damages exceeding your original payment amount.
The entirety of the Platform’s digital architecture—including but not limited to assessment logic matrices, Base64 encrypted JSON payloads, front-end structural code, CSS frameworks, UI/UX methodologies, and backend PHP transponder logic—is the exclusive intellectual property of Myoption.in. You are strictly prohibited from utilizing scraping bots, network inspection tools, or decryption methodologies to reverse-engineer, duplicate, or steal our proprietary algorithmic logic. Any such attempt will trigger immediate legal action and compensatory damage claims.
Myoption.in considers the security and privacy of your professional and corporate data to be our highest operational priority. This Privacy Policy delineates our methodologies regarding data ingestion, storage, encryption, and third-party distribution in compliance with modern digital standards.
When you interact with our platform, we collect authenticated profile data (via Firebase Google OAuth), IP addresses, browser user agents, and the highly specific answers you provide to our algorithmic assessment. For startup founders, we securely ingest uploaded PDF pitch decks and financial summary metrics. We categorically do not collect, process, or store your raw banking credentials, credit card numbers, or UPI PINs; all financial transactions are executed externally within the secure, PCI-DSS compliant environment of our payment gateway.
The core utility of Myoption.in relies on data distribution. By actively utilizing our service, you grant us explicit, irrevocable consent to format your data and transmit it to external, third-party corporate entities (our partner network). You understand that once your profile or pitch deck is injected into a third-party dashboard, Myoption.in loses direct jurisdictional control over how that specific third-party views, stores, or utilizes your document.
We deploy rigorous security protocols. Assessment payload data in transit between your local browser and our servers is obfuscated and encrypted utilizing AES-256 standards. Heavy storage items, such as PDF pitch decks, are maintained in isolated object storage environments, completely decoupled from our primary database architecture to prevent unauthorized mass-access.
To ensure full transparency regarding the fulfillment of our services, the following outlines our delivery protocol.
As Myoption.in operates exclusively as a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and data routing platform, we do not sell, manufacture, or distribute any physical goods. Therefore, no traditional shipping methods, couriers, or physical delivery timelines apply to our services.
Upon the successful completion of your UPI payment via our gateway, the fulfillment of your service is strictly digital and occurs instantaneously. Your assessment data is immediately serialized and injected into our active database. You will see a visual confirmation on your screen indicating that your profile has transitioned to "Active Network Status."
While platform activation is instant, the automated routing of your data payload to external partner dashboards executes during our scheduled server cron jobs. Please allow a maximum digital delivery window of up to 24 hours for your profile or pitch deck to populate across the entirety of our network nodes.
We operate with a highly explicit, transparent, and mathematically rigid refund protocol. Because initiating our network routing incurs immediate server and gateway costs, specific baseline processing fees are entirely non-refundable.
To request an eligible refund, users must click the "Claim Refund" button within their digital dashboard. Job Seekers must initiate this between Day 7 and Day 10 post-purchase. Startups must initiate this between Day 14 and Day 17. Approved refund distributions will be automatically routed via API exclusively back to the original UPI VPA (Virtual Payment Address) used during checkout within 5 to 7 business days. We will not process manual bank transfers, direct sends, or cash refunds.
